Whether I have just needed to get out of the house, or am wanting to share with others in the joys and pains of motherhood, I know this group is here with open arms. Samantha also offers gentle movements during this time and leads the group in a warm and welcoming manner. I’m so happy to have found this community and look forward to connecting each week!”
