    A gentle, restorative yoga flow designed to promote deep relaxation and rejuvenation. This practice focuses on slow, mindful movements and extended holds, allowing your body to unwind and your mind to find peace.

    A slow flow in a heated room to first stretch your muscles and then let your body rest and restore. Move through poses holding for longer lengths of time and focus on breath work through the practice. Perfect way to head into a new week.

  • Private Yoga Sessions

    We’ll begin by talking about your individual needs, any physical concerns, and your intentions for the practice. Tailoring the session specifically to you, whether you're seeking stress relief, improved flexibility, or increased strength. After establishing your goals, we’ll engage in gentle breath work to center your mind and body, promoting awareness and relaxation.

    Then move through variations and modifications to suit your comfort level, ensuring that each pose challenges you without causing strain. This portion of the session will deepen your connection to your body, fostering both strength and relaxation.

Nurturing Nature Retreat

Enjoy fall foliage at Cornelius Pond Woodlands while engaging your body and mind through yoga and mindfulness during this nature retreat led by Kripalu Guide Andrea Higgins and holistic health and wellness practitioner Sam Brintnall.

We will begin with a serene, gentle yoga class immersed in nature while embracing the healing energies of Reiki to help with stress reduction and relaxation.

Once our muscles are stretched and soothed, we will stroll the trails, moving with intention and opening up our senses to the world around us. Allow curiosity and wonder to guide you through the forest and meadow landscapes during this mindful outdoor experience.

We will close with a journaling session, taking time to reflect on our experiences and thoughts and perhaps set intentions for the future. 

Please bring a yoga mat and water and dress in warm, comfortable clothes that allow movement. Journals will be given to each participant to use and take home.
