When there is imbalance between these it leads to feelings of dis-ease, which can look like stress, anxiety, burn out and more. Happiness truly starts from within, and while you cannot change the outside factors that affect you, there are skills that you can learn to cope and react differently. That means looking at each part of your life holistically and finding the best options for you. Whether it’s the food you eat, the movement you create or the relationships you maintain every part of your life should nourish.
Providing you a safe space.
Life can be hard, there’s no doubt about it. Working through trauma, emotions and navigating everything that life hands you can be a scary, overwhelming process. When working with me the focus is to provide you with a space that makes you feel safe to be your authentic self along with ways to help you reduce troubling patterns in your life. Whether you laugh, cry, scream, remain silent, anything that comes up is safe, supported and validated.
In-person and remote options
Choices are is essential and that is why I offer a variety of spaces and meeting locations. Appointments and private sessions can be in person at a studio, your own home, on the beach, or remote.
